Day 1Day 1: Arrival in Islamabad (540m)

Upon your arrival in Islamabad, our friendly company representative will greet you and transfer you to the hotel. After a brief rest, embark on a half-day sightseeing tour in Islamabad, exploring its fascinating attractions. In the evening, enjoy a delightful dinner at the hotel before retiring for the night.

Day 2Islamabad- Saidu Sharif, Swat ( 690m) ( 238km)

After a hearty breakfast at the hotel, we set off for Swat, known for its scenic beauty and historical sites. En route, we’ll visit the Takht Bhai Buddhist Monastery, a remarkable ancient site. Upon arrival in Saidu Sharif, check-in at the hotel and later visit the Swat Museum and Budhkara Buddhist site. Take a leisurely walk through the vibrant Saidu Sharif Bazaar before returning to the hotel for dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 3Saidu Sharif Swat –Bamburet ( Kalash Valley) 1.670m ( 265km)

Start your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel before we head to Bamburet, nestled in the enchanting Kalash Valley. The drive takes around 6-7 hours, but the breathtaking views along the way are worth it. In the evening, immerse yourself in the vibrant Chilam Joshi Festival celebrations in the village.

Day 4Festival Celebrations Rambur & Bamburet

Today is dedicated to the full-day festival celebrations with the Kalashi people in Rambur and Bamburet. Experience their rich culture, colorful traditions, and warm hospitality. In the evening, return to the hotel to relax and relish the memories of the day.

Day 5Chilam Joshi Festival celebration with the Locals.

After breakfast, explore the local culture of the Kalasha people in Ramburet Valley. Visit some local houses, interact with the friendly locals, and delve deeper into their customs. Witness the enchanting Chilam Joshi Festival celebration in the evening before heading back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 6Bamburet to Chitral (2.359m) (25km)

Today, we depart for Chitral after breakfast. The journey will take approximately one hour. On arrival, visit the Chitral Mosque and explore the vibrant Chitral Bazaar. Enjoy a lovely dinner at the hotel and spend the night in comfort.

Day 7Chitral- Phander / Gupis (2.176m) (210 km)

Post-breakfast, we drive to Phander/Gupis Valley via the famous Shandur Pass, at an elevation of 3,738 meters. Admire the stunning Phander Lake and enjoy a leisurely lunch there. Continue the journey, making a brief stop at Khalti Lake for a cup of tea. Upon arrival in Gupis, take a walk around the town before retiring to the hotel for dinner and a peaceful overnight stay.

Day 8Gupis to Gilgit (1.600m) (128 km)

After breakfast, we head to Gilgit, a three-hour drive from Gupis. On the way, we visit the Kargah Buddha, an impressive standing rock carving near Gilgit. Explore the local bazaar and experience the vibrant atmosphere of Gilgit. Enjoy dinner at the hotel and spend the night in comfort.

Day 9Gilgit - Karimabad (2400m) ( 90 km)

Start the day with breakfast and embark on a two-hour drive to Karimabad. Stop at Rakaposhi viewpoint for lunch, soaking in the picturesque scenery. Upon arrival in Karimabad, visit the local bazaar, filled with cultural delights. Return to the hotel for dinner and a relaxing overnight stay.

Day 10Karimabad – Hopar Valley – Duiker ( 2.850m )

After breakfast, we drive to the beautiful Hopar Valley in Nagar. Marvel at the breathtaking views of this charming valley, especially during the blossom and autumn seasons. Witness the Hopar Glacier and explore the historic Ganish Village. Visit the ancient Mosque and Altit Fort before driving to Duiker Eagles Nest for a stunning sunset photography session. Transfer back to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 11Duiker to Gulmit (2.465m) (44.5 km)

Enjoy a delicious breakfast and proceed to Gulmit. On the way, make a photo stop at the mesmerizing Attabad Lake. Walk across the iconic Hussaini Suspension Bridge and admire the beauty of Borit Lake in the middle of Borit village. Overnight stay at the hotel in Gulmit.

Day 12Gulmit to Khunjerab Pass and back to Passu

After breakfast, we drive to the famous Khunjerab Pass (Pakistan-China border) at an impressive altitude of 4,737 meters. Marvel at the Rainbow Bridge and stop at the Passu Glacier viewpoint for photography. Enjoy lunch in Sost before returning to Passu for the night.

Day 13Passu to Gilgit ( 1.600m) ( 167 km)

Post breakfast, we embark on a 3-4 hour drive to Gilgit via the Karakoram Highway. Make several photo stops along the way, and don’t miss the Rakaposhi viewpoint for tea. Check into the hotel upon arrival and spend the night in comfort.

Day 14Gilgit to Besham (334 km)

Today, we drive to Besham via the scenic Karakoram Highway, taking around 6-7 hours. Make the most of the journey by capturing stunning photographs. Upon arrival in Besham, transfer to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 15Besham to Islamabad ( 268 km)

Embark on the final leg of the journey, driving to Islamabad via the Hazara Motorway. Enjoy the 3-4 hour drive before visiting the iconic Faisal Mosque and Pakistan Monument in the afternoon. Wrap up the adventure with dinner at a local restaurant and head back to the hotel for a good night’s rest.

    

Day 16Departure

In the early morning, transfer to Islamabad International Airport for your flight back home, cherishing the memories of this incredible journey through the enchanting landscapes of northern Pakistan.
