The Tour cost is strictly based on the itinerary and the total number of hotel and camp nights mentioned therein. However, we understand that sometimes unexpected situations may arise, such as bad weather, road washouts, canceled or delayed flights, sickness, government restrictions, or any other contingency beyond our control. In such cases, resulting extra costs for delays will be borne by the client. While we try to avoid such situations, we believe in being transparent with our clients and preparing them for any eventuality.
At Hunza Adventure Leaders, we take pride in crafting accurate and well-thought-out tour itineraries. However, we also acknowledge that circumstances beyond our control may lead to changes. We reserve the right to modify the itinerary, carriers, and even substitute hotels, if necessary. However, please be assured that we will always ensure that establishments of similar categories and standards are used whenever possible. Flexibility is the key to an exceptional travel experience, and we are committed to providing just that.
For all Northern Area flights in Pakistan, weather and backload conditions play a significant role in operations. As a result, these flights operate on an ad hoc basis. If, for any reason, the reserved flight cannot operate on the scheduled day as per the itinerary, our team will swiftly arrange alternative surface transportation. Any additional costs incurred due to this change will be paid locally. Rest assured, we are well-equipped to handle such situations, and your safety and comfort are always our top priorities.
To ensure a seamless travel experience, we kindly request that all tours be confirmed at least 35 days in advance. Along with the confirmation, we require the passenger rooming list. Meeting these conditions is crucial as it allows us to secure all necessary arrangements, such as blocked hotel rooms by the hotels. This proactive approach ensures a smooth journey for you and your fellow travelers.
We understand that convenience is vital, especially when it comes to payments. Hunza Adventure Leaders accepts payment only in cash, a certified cheque, or through a bank transfer. This streamlined payment process simplifies your travel preparations and allows you to focus on the excitement of your upcoming adventure.
Upon confirmation of your tour, we kindly request clients to make a pre-payment of 50 percent of the tour cost. The balance of the tour cost should be received at least one week before you arrive in Pakistan. This pre-payment schedule ensures the smooth execution of your tour and enables us to make all necessary arrangements in advance. In case of any deviations from this schedule, we are always open to discussions and finding mutually agreeable solutions.
Your safety and well-being during the trip are paramount to us. We strongly advise all passengers to obtain comprehensive insurance that covers cancellation, accidents, health emergency evacuation, helicopter rescue, and loss or damage of baggage and personal effects. This insurance should be arranged directly with your agent/insurance company, providing you with peace of mind throughout your journey.
While we hope for smooth sailing throughout your adventure, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may lead to cancellations. In such cases, our cancellation policy is as follows:
To ensure a comfortable and efficient journey for all members, we have set a maximum weight limit of 15 kg for personal baggage. Any excess baggage will be charged separately to maintain a smooth travel experience for everyone.
We act solely as an agent for service providers, including accommodation providers, transport companies, F&B services, and recreation organizers. By accepting our services and tour quote, you, as a tour member, acknowledge and agree that Hunza Adventure Leaders and its affiliates shall not be blamed or held liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons and property. This includes incidents resulting from acts of God, unforeseen incidents, civil disturbances and strikes, delays or cancellations, insufficient documentation and proof on the part of the client, or any other cause beyond the Tour Organizer’s control.
