Today, we’re in for a thrill ride as we hop on sturdy jeeps, heading towards the enchanting Hushe Valley. The journey itself is an adventure, and you’ll be treated to delectable meals and a cozy campsite for an unforgettable overnight stay.
Your quest continues as we trek toward Siacho, traversing through landscapes that will leave you awestruck. Immerse yourself in the grandeur of the region and fully embrace the camping experience.
After a hearty breakfast, we set off eastward from Saicho into the ablation valley, north of the Sarak Tsa Glacier. As we continue along the base of the ridge to the west margin of the Chogolisa glacier, prepare to be amazed by the green and flowered Spangser, nestled at the confluence of the Chogolisa and Tsarak Tsa glaciers. Granite slabs rise majestically above Spangser, and the towering Namika (6325m) looms across the Tsarak Tsa Glacier. Spangser (4000m) is the highest pasture and serves as a vibrant hub from mid-July to mid-August.
Today, we set our sights on K6 & K7 base camp. We’ll trek through the ablation valley north of the Tsarak Tsa glacier, navigating challenging terrain to reach the K7 base camp at 4600m.
The morning is for exploration around the K7 base camp and its surroundings. In the afternoon, we’ll retrace our steps, trekking back to the familiar comforts of Spangsar.
After a leisurely breakfast in the tent, our path leads us back to Saicho along an easy route. Once again, we’ll camp at the same Saitcho campsite for an overnight stay.
Our trekking journey persists as we make our way to Dalzampa. The picturesque scenery will keep you captivated as you reach your camp, ready for a well-deserved rest.
The pinnacle of our adventure is here as we trek to the Gondogoro Base Camp. The majestic views will leave you in awe, and your campsite will provide a cozy shelter amidst the wilderness.
Today is a day of conquest for climbers. Scale the Gondogoro Peak (5650m) or the Gondogoro-La (5550m) for an adrenaline-pumping experience. Your camp will serve as the perfect base for this thrilling feat.
Our trekking journey to Gondogoro BC concludes and we make our way back to Dalzampa. Get ready for the next panoramic adventure commencing right from Saicho. Overnight at Dalzampa in tents.
After a leisurely breakfast in the tent, our path leads us back to Saicho along an easy downhill route. Once again, we’ll camp at the same Saitcho campsite for an overnight stay.
