Malam Jabba is one of the best destinations in Pakistan specially in winter season that you must visit on vacation. It is located in the Hindukush Mountain Range. Malam Jabba is a hill station situated in the valley of Swat in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Pakistan has two Ski Resorts and one of them is present in Malam Jabba. The slope height of Malam Jabba is 9200 ft above sea level. There are many types of recreational activities available in Malam Jabba Swat. The activities include the ice-skating . chair lifts and skiing .The winter season is mostly preferred to visit this place as you can thoroughly enjoy all these activities.
Swat average elevation is 985m resulting in considerable cooler and wetter climate compared to most of Pakistan. With lush forest , verdant alpine meadows. And snow- capped mountains. Swat is one of the Country´s most popular tourist destinations. Swat was a major centre of early Buddhist as part of Gandahara kingdom. Swat is a Garden of Ashoka and was a prosperous land in the Buddhist times (2nd BC to 5 AD).
Islamabad-Kalam
Arrival at Islamabad International airport, Meet and greet with our company representative transfer to the hotel, If the group will arrive at Islamabad on day time we will do sightseeing in Islamabad, We will visit to King Faisal Mosque, Pakistan Monument, Lok Virsa Museum and Jasmine Garden. During our sightseeing we will do lunch break in a local Restaurant, In the evening back to hotel for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast at hotel we will drive via Swat motorway to Malamjabba ( 276km almost 4-5 hours drive, en- route we will stop either at Mingora Swat, After lunch proceed to Malam Jabba, Upon arrival transfer to the hotel, afternoon winter sport activities, evening back to hotel for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast Skiing, Chiar lift or snow boarding at Malam Jabba, After lunch we will drive to Naran (123 km ) 3-4 hours drive, Upon arrival transfer to the hotel, In the afternoon just walk through the small Bazaar of Naran, evening back to hotel for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast we will drive to Osho Forest one of beautiful places in Swat Valley, Then we will drive to Mahudand Lake( if the road will clear). The road from Kalam to Mahudand Lake is not Pave and some times because of land sliding much snow the roads are close in winter season. Afternoon drive back to Kalam. The distance from Kalam to Mahudand Lake by Jeeps 36 km and it took almost 2 hours drive one way.Dinner and overnight at hotel in Kalam.
After breakfast we will drive to Islamabad via motorway, En-route we will visit KhanPur Dam for Jet Ski & Boating activities, After lunch drive to Islamabad, Upon arrival transfer to hotel, Evening drive to Said Pure Village for Dinner, After dinner drive back to hotel for overnight.
Transfer to Islamabad International airport, Fly to destination , End of services.
